omg, bought on steam and now playing on android, so happy! but is it no longer possible to choose mc's age? there seems to be none of the cute or cheeky options at dinner with cyril talking about it, instead cyril just assumes mc is the same age as them and it's dropped?

ahhh, i searched your tumblr and saw this was changed a while ago, sorry, i am so so late, must have been still thinking in cs...terribly crushed that my mc no longer works for the game, playful dinner options oh how i miss you, and that cyril apparently thinks a 24 year old mc looks old for their age (lol), but a writer should and must always stick to their vision and what's comfortable and best for them and their game.

Hi there, the dinner with Cyril is different depending whether they consider it a date or not. The platonic version is shorter.

Otherwise, most of the content in the romantic version is still there, except for the question about whether the age difference bothers the MC.

Thank you for responding! Haven't had the heart to create a new mc and continue, (again, my problem and fault, lol). C just threw me off with the answer to the age question. But iirc, I had definitely made the date choice,  the og bit of dialogue just added a bit of playfulness amidst a far more, heh,  straight-laced and very buttoned-up question and answer session over dinner. No worries!

I played the full game on mobile today and I can only say that this is an amazing story that I've been looking forward to for a while. Congratulations on the playstore release!.

One thing I did want to ask and this is more of a technical issue. I am unable to save games to disk when on mobile. I can press the button, the app even asks for permission to access my files, but then it doesn't generate any saves. I can select the option of loading files from disk but without the first button working, the second one becomes redundant. Is this something that could perhaps be included in the game or if it should already be a part of it then perhaps is there a fix?

Hi, I replied to you on Tumblr, thanks again for letting me know.
I'll see if it can be fixed, otherwise I'll have to remove the option to save to disk.

Hello, I'm interested in buying this game on Google Play Store. Is this still a problem or I can save my progress without a hitch?

Second question - right now it's on sale on Steam. Do you plan making similar sale on Play Store? Thanks for your help and words of appreciation regarding your work on this title.

Hello, you can save your progress without issue on either versions (Steam or Android).

The "Save to Disk" option is an additional, separate save option that allows to save anywhere on the drive on PC/macOS, it seems to sometimes malfunction on mobile.

As for sales on the Play Store, they are a bit cumbersome to set up as I have to manually set a new price for each country where the game is available (100+), so I don't do them often (maybe once a year).

if youre playing on mobile, thats normal for all texted-based games because the cache usually clears when the browser is exited. the good news is if youre on ios, when you save to disk it actually just stores your game progress in your files/documents. it could be a similar process on android however iโ€™m unsure :)

Unfortunately I'm not on IOS ๐Ÿ˜…, I do know that I can save to disk if I'm playing from a mobile browser on Android, it's just the app that is not letting me do it.

Would it be possible perhaps to release the full game in itch.io with price? I don't mind paying for it again if I get the save to disk feature (this one is for the dev)

If I were to release the full game on itch.io, it'd be the same version that's currently on Steam (for PC and Mac computers).
